(4) Water-cooled cooling motor. The use of a water-cooled cooling motor protects the bearing and lubrication from the harmful effects of heat generated in the furnace during heating and cooling cycles. In addition, because water cooling can provide better heat dissipation, the motor can increase power to 250% of normal power in a short time. This allows the workpiece to cool quickly at high temperatures.
(5) Bottom cooling gas injection. Cooling nozzles are also installed at the bottom of the hot zone. Cooling nozzles are also arranged around the cylindrical hot zone. This nozzle arrangement can provide rapid cooling of large workpieces.
