Electric high vacuum butterfly valve with rotary type of electric and electronic control type valve driving device through external power switch (with manual transfer switch or computer control) or an external input signal, control valve opening and closing or middle position, so as to connect or cut off the airflow in vacuum pipeline to. Valve plate with clamping structure, the valve plate sealing ring to clamp, in addition to the vacuum state, can also be used in low pressure state. And can be installed at any position. The applicable working medium is air and non corrosive gas.
