Engine model composition
The engine mounted on a passenger car or multi-purpose passenger car is marked with the specifications of the engine manufacturer, model number and production number. The engine model consists of four parts.
1 Header: Including product serial number, replacement symbol and local and enterprise code, there is a manufacturer's own corresponding letter as needed, but it must be approved and registered by the standardization unit of the industry standard.
2 Middle: It consists of cylinder number symbol, cylinder layout type symbol, stroke symbol and bore diameter symbol.
3 Rear: Consists of structural feature symbols and usage feature symbols.
4 tail: distinguish symbols. When the same series of products needs to be distinguished due to improvement or other reasons, the manufacturer selects the appropriate symbol and the back and tail can be separated by "-".
