device--first step cyclone separator-second step cyclone separator---vibration sieve--silo
2. Raw material:Â Â PVC resin., CaCo3, plasticizer(oil) and minor additives
3. Final PVC pellets are used for Cables
 4. Compress air supply: 4-6 bar
 5. Water supply
    Water pressure: 4bar
    Water temperature: 0-30ºC, 3-8ton/hour

Characteristics of parallel twin screw extruder:
1, Euro-style rectangle barrel
2, Various modes of pelletizing ,such as water-cooling strand , water-ring pelletizing, air cooling(WPC)
3, Screw elements and kneading blocks are made of 38CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2.
4,Feeding styles are of varieties: single screw, twin screw ,hollow screw, forced-feeding, side-feeding
