VI. Brief introduction for each part:
1. Furnace
Melting furnace consists of furnace body, inductor, tilting furnace system, electrical control.  Furnace body adopts vertical structure, welded by steel plates. Holding furnace is used for thermal insulation and traction. The holding furnace can be used separately, also can be used with melting furnace together.
2. Tractor
Distance between two wheels can be adjusted; For dimension 10-65mm copper; Adjustable tracting speed; To tract the copper straightly, improving the production and quality.
3. Cutting machine
Titighen the copper both the vertical and horizontal direction; High cutting efficiency and precision; Automative collection of the cutting slag; Low-voltage on the control cabinet for safe operation.
3. Peeling machine
Hydraulic motivation for sending; Widely use for pipe, bar, flat, and irregular metal.

The SP Sump Slurry Pump is designed for coal preparation, chemical handling, minerals processing ,sand and gravel and general tank, pit or hole-in-ground slurry applications. The cantilever design makes the SP sump pump ideally suited for heavy continuous handling of abrasive, coarse grained particle and corrosive liquids and slurries while submerged in sumps .They can also work normally under intermittent feeding. The wet parts are designed with hard metal, so offer you reliability and long wear life.

2.The Impeller is double suction half-open structure, is made of wear-resistant alloy.

3.No submerged bearings or packing.

4.Available in various standard lengths to suit common sump depths, a suction extension pipe can be fitted to the bottom inlet to extend the depth of the pump.

5.Three type construction of the pump inlet: standard type with strainer, suction pipe with strainer,with agitator.

6.Direct drive, V-belt drive could be selected to connect with the drive.
