Too little oil or exhausted fuel may burn the oil pump. 2, battery instability

Solution : During summer driving, the battery will be overcharged, the electrolyte evaporates quickly, and the plates are easily damaged. Therefore, it is necessary to constantly check the height of the liquid surface of the battery and the specific gravity of the electrolyte. Always add distilled water to the battery. Avoid discharging the battery completely in winter and pay attention to whether the electrolyte is frozen.
3, Garbage vehicle wiper scratching glass effect is not good

Cause: The wiper blade is broken and can cause scratching.
Solution : First of all, garbage truck owners need to correct the bad habits of dry scraping. It is best to spray some water and then open the wiper, which is beneficial to the protection of the wiper blades. Second, the wipers sometimes make a rattling noise. If the wiper blades are complete, then the owner of the high pressure cleaning vehicle should preferably correct the wiper angle. Finally, if the vehicle is parked for a long time, the owner of the garbage truck can find small things such as foam strips or wooden sticks and put it under a wiper to separate the wiper blade from the windshield, which can extend the service life of the wiper.
4. When the garbage truck starts, the engine does not fire:

Reason: The start of the engine is driven by the electric current of the battery to promote the ignition of the spark plug. There may be two reasons why the engine suddenly fails to fire. First, it may be caused by the rust of the battery or the leakage of the battery. The second is the spark plug of the engine in the rainy weather. Caused by dampness.
Solution : Check whether the battery liquid in the garbage truck battery is sufficient every two months. The liquid level is considered to be suitable if it is located between two upper and lower reticle lines during observation. At the same time, the liquid level difference in each tank should also be checked. If the liquid level is insufficient, you can unscrew the lid on the battery and pour distilled water to make up for the liquid level. Then also check the battery terminals, use the iron brush to remove the dirt on the terminal. If the wiring clamps are heavily insulted, you can use sandpaper to rub along the inner wall to remove dirt. If the spark plug gets wet, take it out and bake it with a lighter to evaporate the water as quickly as possible.
5. Exhaust noise from garbage trucks increased. Exhaust emissions increased excessively:

Reason: This reason may be due to the oxidation of the engine exhaust gas at high temperatures, resulting in leakage of the exhaust system.
Solution : Regularly check whether the piping and the interface of the exhaust system of the garbage truck are corroded by the exhaust gas and whether the interface pad has been damaged. If it is found that the exhaust system leaks, it should promptly go to the shop to repair or replace the leaked parts. Checking once a year will not only ensure the normal operation of the exhaust system, but more importantly, reduce the pollution of harmful substances in the exhaust gas to the environment.
