Shuangrui Jingzhu officially assumed the order of Boeing Company
China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry News, a few days ago, Shuangrui Precision Casting Co., Ltd. successfully produced one-time casting of the torsion tube support castings produced by Boeing. All the dimensions and position of the tested castings met the requirements of Boeing.
According to reports, the torque tube support casting is the first Boeing company's official product order undertaken by Shuangrui Jingzhu. The product has the characteristics of large size, high positional accuracy and dimensional accuracy, and difficulty in casting. Previously, this product has been manufactured by the American PCC company using a process of integral forging and milling, which is costly. After receiving the order, the product project team broke through a series of problems in the case of tight delivery and no relevant experience, and boldly adopted new model making and assembly processes to ensure product position requirements.
The successful trial production of the casting fully demonstrates the strength of Shuangrui Precision Casting in the research and development of titanium casting technology, laying the foundation for the follow-up of Boeing and other international aviation titanium alloy products.
