Recently, Sichuan Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the AQSIQ according to the requirements of the Regulations on the Management of Defective Automobile Product Recall, and decided to recall from November 1, 2014 to 2012 from December 10, 2014. The F99MT, F10MT and F12MT light buses produced during October 31st totaled 7,966 vehicles.
Some vehicles in this recall range have low protection ability due to ABS actuator assembly. Under extreme conditions, they may be affected by transient surge pulses of the whole vehicle circuit, causing damage to internal components of individual ABS, forming a current loop, resulting in continuous heat. Accumulation, causing ABS board ablation, there is a safety hazard. Sichuan Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. will inspect the vehicles within the scope of the recall and replace the qualified ABS actuator assemblies with free vehicles to eliminate safety hazards. The AQSIQ will organize the supervision of this recall. If vehicles outside the scope of the recall are found to have similar safety hazards, or the recall measures cannot effectively eliminate the defects, the producers will be required to recall them again or take other enforcement measures.
