An electronic forklift scale is a weighing gauge that weighs the loaded material during loading. The electronic forklift scale provides a cumulative value of the material being weighed and a printed list. The electronic forklift scale is an on-board weighing device integrated with the mechanical control part of the vehicle to achieve weighing in the vehicle travel. It is weighed by monitoring the predetermined weighing position with a proximity switch and converting the hydraulic pressure into the weight of the load in the bucket. It has two different working modes: target mode and accumulative mode. According to the operator's choice, the load can be automatically accumulated or deducted from the target set value.

Electronic forklift scale principle

The electronic forklift scale is based on two pressure sensors respectively installed on the oil inlet and return oil paths of the vehicle boom cylinder, and measures the cylinder pressure change during the lifting process of the vehicle boom, and adjusts the speed in the vehicle instrument. The central processor automatically calculates the weight data and displays the resulting weight on the meter screen. During the process of lifting the dump truck, the pressure sensor transmits the signal to the computer for data conversion processing; when the locomotive shovel the cargo, the boom immediately retracts to the starting position, and the forklift electronic scale immediately displays the weight of the cargo; when the locomotive is dumped, The screen shows the cumulative weight; when the bucket falls to the starting point, the screen shows the total weight of the goods.
