The economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Strait is gradually becoming a platform for Taiwanese businesses to develop circular economy.
As the forefront of cross-strait exchange and cooperation, the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Straits is gradually becoming an important platform for Taiwanese businesses to develop circular economy and build renewable energy industry bases. Fujian Quantong Resources Recycling Industrial Park, located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of the Merchants Bureau of Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, passed its inspection and acceptance of its imported waste management park projects.
The total planned land area is 6,750 mu, which is divided into two phases. It is planned to build a cluster base of renewable resources industry chain with annual disposal capacity of over 10 million tons. At present, the park has built a complete logistics system and established a relatively complete renewable resource recovery system. The annual recycling capacity has reached 3 million tons. The construction of Quantong Park has a strong demonstration effect for the two sides to jointly develop the renewable resources industry. The park is expected to achieve a production value of 5 billion yuan within three years.
In 1999, Chen Zhengzhi, chairman of Quantong Resources Recycling Industrial Park, who came to Taiwan from the mainland to join the resource recovery industry in Fujian, introduced: “Fujian has a large demand for renewable resources, high policy support, and obvious advantages in location, plus the Shanghai West Economic Zone. Its unique advantages have created a very good platform for Taiwanese companies to develop renewable resource industries here."
Taiwan has relatively advanced technology and relatively successful experience in resource recycling. During the Shanghai World Expo, Taipei City's “recovery of resources and zero-buried garbage†case experience has attracted the attention of some cities in mainland China. In the Mainland's guidance document on accelerating the development of the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Straits, cross-strait cooperation for the development of a circular economy is an important part. Specific measures include the introduction of Taiwan's advanced energy-saving and environmental protection technologies, and the establishment and improvement of renewable resource recovery systems.
Iron-based laser cladding powders are used in the laser cladding process, which is a technique used to apply a protective coating or build up a desired shape on a metal surface. These powders consist of iron as the main component, along with other alloying elements to enhance specific properties.
Iron-based laser cladding powders typically have a controlled particle size distribution and composition to ensure optimal performance during the laser cladding process. They are designed to have good flowability and excellent metallurgical bonding with the substrate material.
