The working temperature of the compression type garbage truck hydraulic system is generally within the range of 30 to 80°C. Excessive temperatures will cause a series of failures.

When the compression garbage truck oil temperature is too high, the hydraulic oil viscosity is significantly reduced, leakage is significantly increased, and the hydraulic system efficiency is significantly reduced. In addition, as the viscosity decreases, the oil film at the moving part is destroyed, the frictional resistance increases, and the wear increases, which in turn causes the system to heat up and promote further temperature rise. If the oil temperature is too high, the oxidation of the oil is aggravated, the service life of the oil is reduced, and the formation of a gel-like substance is promoted. The deposition on the surface of the overheated component easily blocks various control orifices and makes them unable to work properly. High oil temperature also causes rubber seals and hoses to age prematurely, deteriorate, and reduce service life. Therefore, in the use of maintenance projects, the oil temperature should be controlled as much as possible so that it does not exceed the upper limit allowed above. The cause of the high oil temperature is analyzed as follows.

(1) Oil heating caused by large pressure loss
The pipeline has not been cleaned and maintained for a long time. The internal wall is attached with dirt or local blockage, which increases the resistance to oil flow and causes pressure loss. The use of hydraulic oil with excessive viscosity increases the load of the hydraulic pump and reduces the efficiency. The input power is low. A considerable part is converted to heat.

(2) Large volume loss causes heating of oil
Caused by the phenomenon of hydraulic pump, control valve, the wear of the cylinder and the joints are not strict sealing caused by internal and external leakage.

(3) Fluid heating caused by misadjustment of pressure control valve
The unloading valve of the compression type garbage truck oil storage tank or accumulator is blocked, so that the hydraulic pump can not be unloaded; the system back pressure valve setting pressure is too high, causing heat to return oil; safety valve misalignment, make part of the oil through the safety valve Return to the tank, causing throttling loss and fever.

(4) Oil heating caused by large mechanical loss
The hydraulic components of the compression garbage truck are poorly repaired or installed; the relative moving parts are poorly lubricated; the seals are poor in quality or tightly adjusted due to leakage, so that frictional resistance increases and heat is generated.
