Application of self-inductive sensor
Self-inductance inductance sensor uses the self-inductance change of the coil to measure, it consists of three parts: coil, iron core and armature. In terms of application, it is mainly to measure displacement and size, and it can also measure other parameters of displacement, such as force, tension, pressure, pressure difference, strain, short-turn, speed and acceleration.
First, the application of self-inductance inductive sensors in the field of measuring displacements and dimensions will be discussed. The representative one is an inductance thickness gauge. By adjusting the micrometer screw 4 to a given thickness value, the thickness value can be read by the dial. The tested belt 2 passes between the upper and lower measuring rollers and moves the iron core up and down through the lever so as to change the inductance of the coil. The corresponding bridge circuit measures the deviation of the strip thickness.
In addition, variable-gap inductive size sensors and solenoid-type axial inductive sensors can both measure displacement and size.
