Common fault causes and elimination of cable AC withstand voltage test device

Common causes and troubleshooting
1. The fan does not start:
1.) After emergency stop, fault protection and detuning protection, there is no "fault reset";
2.) The internal temperature is too high and the power components are thermally protected;
Remedy: Turn off the power of the instrument, leave the instrument for about 30 minutes, turn the power back on, press the "Reset" button on the instrument panel, and then start the instrument.
If you still can't start the fan, please contact the manufacturer, do not disassemble the instrument!
2. Auto-tuning cannot be completed and no resonance point can be found:
Phenomenon: The tuning curve is completely a straight line. After the tuning is completed, the instrument prompts that there is no resonance point.
Cause: The circuit grounding is not good, the test circuit wiring is wrong, and the device is open.
Method of exclusion:
1.) Check that the grounding device is reliable and that the grounding cable has a breaking point;
2.) Check the continuity of the high and low voltage coils of the excitation transformer;
3.) Check the continuity of each reactor;
4.) Check the on/off of the signal line of the voltage divider;
5.) Check the on and off of the high and low voltage capacitor arms of the voltage divider;
6.) There is no resonance point when the device itself boosts, and it is also necessary to check the on and off of the compensation capacitor;
If all the components are normal, there is still no resonance point, please contact the manufacturer, do not disassemble the instrument!
3. Can not be boosted to the test voltage
phenomenon:
1.) The tuning curve is a curve with a lower peak;
2.) When the test is performed, the voltage is higher and the high voltage is lower. Even when the test voltage is not raised, the primary voltage has reached the rated voltage, and the circuit automatically steps down;
the reason:
1.) The reactor does not match the capacitance of the sample, and the resonance point is not accurately found;
2.) The sample loss is high and the system Q value is too low;
3.) The high voltage output voltage of the excitation transformer is low;
4.) The high voltage connection line is too long or does not use a high voltage stun line;
4. Exclusion method:
1.) The compensation capacitor is connected to the test circuit to increase the loop capacity;
2.) Connect as many reactors as possible to increase the loop inductance;
3.) increase the output voltage of the excitation transformer;
4.) Dry the test sample to increase the insulation strength of the test article and reduce the active loss of the circuit;
5.) Generally, when the device has a higher voltage output, use a high-voltage stun line, or change the ordinary high-voltage output line to a shorter connection, generally no more than 5 meters.

Braille Signage

Braille signage typically consists of raised characters that can be felt with the fingertips. These characters are embossed onto the sign surface, allowing individuals to read the information using their sense of touch. Braille signage is usually accompanied by visual text and graphics to accommodate individuals with varying degrees of visual impairment.
Braille signage is essential for promoting accessibility and inclusivity. It allows individuals with visual impairments to navigate public spaces safely and independently by providing information about room numbers, restroom locations, elevator access, emergency exits, and other important details. Additionally, Braille signage can also include tactile symbols to convey information about specific amenities, such as elevators, staircases, restrooms, or parking spaces.
