The design index is 8 percentage points higher; the consumption of corrosion inhibitors and demulsifiers is also reduced by 4ppm/ton crude oil and 1ppm/ton crude oil respectively than the design index.
This year, the crude oil processed by the distillation unit is very complicated, totaling more than 20 types. In addition to conventional varieties such as Nile crude oil, Southbark crude oil and Russian crude oil, the company also processed Hiddle crude oil, Machira crude oil, and Giraso crude oil. High sulfur crudes that have never been processed before. For each new crude oil processed, workshop technicians must carefully study the nature of the crude oil, carry out targeted underground operation adjustment instructions, optimize the use of various chemical raw materials, and ensure that the qualified rate of the oil from the distillate outlet reaches 99.23%. In addition, from the beginning of the year, the workshop also reduced the outlet temperature of the vacuum furnace according to actual production needs, reducing it from 390°C to around 360°C, saving nearly 2 tons of fuel oil per hour, and saving nearly 50,000 yuan per day for the company. .
