The current carbon tube resistance furnace electrical control method is relatively simple, prone to failure, can not meet the production requirements, and thus its technical transformation, the use of Jinhu Dahua Instrument, MCGS touch screen and power regulator for control production, making the equipment to meet the production , R & D needs, and provide reliable data for the refinement of the production site and production process, further reduce the use of equipment failures, and facilitate maintenance.


1 current status of carbon tube resistance furnace electronic control method Current carbon tube resistance furnace temperature control system principle is: through the high temperature radiometer to detect the furnace temperature, the furnace temperature signal to the temperature control table, temperature control table to AC contactor Control, the contactor directly controls the heater, noise, low reliability and poor control accuracy, and there is no production record, in order to solve this problem when the system is reformed, Jinhu Dahua Instrument is used for PID adjustment and output 4 -20MA signal control power regulator, using the MCGS and Jinhu Dahua instrument for RS485 communication.


2 Carbon tube resistance furnace transformation In this technical transformation, MCGS touch screen and frequency converter are used. The model of Jinhu Dahua temperature control meter is shown in Table 1 below.



2.1 Application of Jinhu Dahua Instrumentation This modification uses the Yujinhu Dahua Watch AI-808. The instrument adopts an advanced modular design and can be freely combined and purchased by users. The module used this time has X3 photoelectricity. The MCGS touch screen, frequency converter, and temperature control table designed this time are all connected by RS485 communication. The inverter uses a communication port (RJ-11) to connect with MCGS touch screen port COM2 (485). Jinhu Dahua Meter uses terminal 3 and 4 Connect to the MCGS touch screen port EXT (COM4).

The technological transformation uses the proximity switch of Delta frequency converter and carbon tube resistance furnace to count the number of production. 2.3 Application of Power Regulators Power regulators are panel mounted power conditioning units that use thyristors and their trigger control circuits to adjust the load power. The power regulator has two control modes, one is phase control and the other is zero-position control, and the selection is performed according to different load conditions.

The technical modification uses a phase-controlled power regulator. The power regulator has the following features:
1, with RST phase fuse fuse disconnection indicator, and provide abnormal output contacts, can be used for system emergency control.
2, compact size, good heat dissipation, containing semiconductor-specific fast fuse, not afraid of load short circuit.

4. The protection function of the power regulator: Semiconductor special-purpose fast fuse fuse breakage detection, source power phase, body over temperature.
5. The power regulator is used with an intelligent PID controller or PLC with 0-10V, 1-5V, 4-20mA; it is mainly used for heating control of industrial electric furnaces.
The power regulator can control the thyristor to cut the phase angle of the AC power according to the size of the input signal, cut the frequency of each frequency, and can continuously output without any discontinuous phenomenon. The resistive or inductive load is applicable to the output mode of the thyristor. As shown in Figure 4 below.
