1, motor inspection.

Check whether the motor frame and housing are in good condition; if the motor base is installed firmly, whether the motor vibrates during operation; check whether the motor fan is damaged; check whether the motor insulation resistance value is within the specified range; if the motor lubrication is good, the bearing is normal, when running There is no abnormal sound; Check whether the temperature rise during the operation of the motor meets the requirements; Check whether the motor runs with or without odor.

2, power cable inspection.

Check whether the cable insulation is damaged; whether the cable is fixed; whether the cable is stretched or bent, and whether the cable is damaged; check whether the cable connection is firm.

3, distribution box inspection.

Check the distribution box shell for damage and paint damage; check whether the distribution box safety warning sign is in good condition; check the distribution box grounding is solid and reliable; conduct a comprehensive inspection of the contactor: if the contact head is seriously damaged, the contact is in contact. Whether there is any gap, whether the spring is damaged, deformed, corroded and fatigued. Whether there is any attachment on the suction surface of the iron core, whether it is rusted, there is oil stain, there is abnormal noise in the contactor during operation, and there is no obvious wear on the limiting block. Machine damage; whether the disconnection time is normal; time relay check content: check whether the wiring in the disk is firm and loose; if there is dust and dirt in the disk, ensure that the switchboard is clean and dry.

4, a variety of trip switch, proximity switch check. Check if the trip switch is reliable and the wiring is firm.

5, elevator wiring inspection. Check the elevator wiring, no damage, no over-tightening, distortion, and no looseness of the clamp.

6, floor controller check. Check that the floor controller button action is normal; the controller shows whether it is accurate; whether the emergency stop button is working.
