The flotation machine uses a "U" shaped trough body, a hollow shaft inflating and a suspension stator, in particular a new type of impeller. This is a conical impeller with an angle of blade backwards. It is similar to a high-speed centrifugal pump wheel. It has a large amount of slurry, low head, low power consumption and simple structure. A porous cylindrical air distributor is also disposed in the impeller chamber to allow air to be uniformly dispersed in most of the impeller blades in advance, providing a larger slurry-air contact interface.
During the operation of the flotation machine, as the impeller rotates, the slurry in the tank is sucked from the periphery of the tank from the bottom of the tank to the impeller blade through the bottom of the impeller, and at the same time, the low-pressure air fed by the blower passes through the air distributor of the hollow shaft and the impeller. Also entered into it. After the slurry and air are thoroughly mixed between the blades, they are pushed upward from the periphery of the upper half of the impeller, and the stator is stabilized and oriented to enter the entire trough. The bubble rises to the foam stabilization zone, and after the enrichment process, the foam overflows from the overflow weir and enters the foam tank. A part of the slurry flows to the lower part of the impeller, and then is stirred by the impeller to remix to form mineralized bubbles, and the remaining slurry flows down to a trough until it finally becomes a tailings.

2. North Mine Institute In recent years, on the basis of the original, the North Mine Institute has further developed KYF and XCF flotation machines. The specifications have increased and the volume has expanded to a maximum of 160m 3 , which is close to or reaches the world advanced level. 3. Internal machine The factory produces BS-K type flotation machine. Its structure and characteristics are as follows: 1 The main shaft part is hung on the frame, the bearing body structure is light and convenient, the installation is convenient, the transmission parts are adjustable, and it is convenient for maintenance adjustment and overhaul. 2 impeller has a truncated cone shape, the stator is radial, the structure is simple, easy to manufacture, and the stirring force is strong; 3 generally does not have a foam scraper device, can also ensure the concentrate grade, and the operation is reliable, thereby reducing the maintenance workload. The scraper can also be installed in the thin working area of ​​the foam layer; the four-row mine adopts two types of tapered plugs, one is automatic adjustment, which is reasonably matched with automation, and the other is manual adjustment, which is safe and reliable in operation and flexible in up and down movement. In addition, there is a manual adjustment gate, which is reasonable in configuration and convenient to operate. 5 The operation console is on the tank body, which is easy to maintain and operate, has a strong sense of safety, compact equipment and small floor space. The "U" shaped trough body reduces the accumulation of the bottom of the trough, the support of the trough body is reasonable, the span between the supports is large, the equipment stability is good; 6 the energy consumption is low. The total power consumption per unit volume (including the fan) is 0.95~0.97kW/m 3 , and the BS-K38 flotation machine can save about 50% more energy than the JJF-16 and BS-K8 flotation machines than the 6A flotation machine; 7 air The dispersion is good, the bubbles are evenly dispersed, and the foam is stable; 8 the ore particles are well suspended. In addition, the flotation machine cannot return to the foam and slurry by self-priming, so it is necessary to use a pump to assist in returning the foam, so that the flotation machine can fully exert the flotation function. This saves energy and reduces production costs. A step configuration is required between each unit. It can also be connected between each row of flotation machines by a running platen to form a large operating table for easy walking and operation.
In order to prolong the service life of the tank body, the foam tank and the impeller and the stator, the tank and the impeller and the stator are lined with wear-resistant materials. The specific form of the railing and foam chute can be selected by the user. Considering that the BS-K4 model is small, there is no operating platform on the tank body, nor a foam chute, and other specifications are all included.
