Last year, China's auto filter exports exceeded 100 million U.S. dollars

The import and export of automobile filters in China are on the rise. For the whole year of 2011, a total of 57.775 million automotive filters were exported nationwide, an increase of 13.57% year-on-year; the export value of automobile filters in China exceeded the USD billion mark and reached US$127 million, an increase of 41.26% year-on-year. China Business Intelligence Network data show that: China's automotive filters are mainly exported to the United States. In 2011, automotive filters exported to the United States reached 36.406 million US dollars, accounting for 28.65% of total exports; followed by Iran, Taiwan And UAE and other countries or regions.

China Business Intelligence Network data show that: in 2011, China imported a total of 2.72 million automotive filters, an increase of 5.88%; import amounted to 65.545 million US dollars, an increase of 30.66%. Germany is the main source of imports for automobile filters in China. In 2011, China’s imports of automotive filters from Germany reached US$27.945 million, accounting for 42.63% of the total imports; followed by Japan, South Korea, and the United States, which accounted for 15.81%, 11.31%, and 11.06% of the total imports, respectively. .

The import and export prices of automobile filters in China are relatively large. From January to December 2011, the import price of automobile filters in China was at US$24.10 per unit; the export price was only US$2.16 per unit.
