In the past three years, it has won 100 national and provincial science and technology awards, ranking first in the country. Advanced energy storage materials, carbon / carbon composite materials, high-performance aluminum alloy profile preparation technology and efficient utilization of aluminum resources, etc., are at the international advanced level.

At present, the province has initially formed five advantageous industries: advanced energy storage materials, advanced composite materials, advanced hard materials, new metal materials (including rare earth new materials), and new chemical materials.
