Application:
This type of check valves are used to stainless steel pipe line system, in order to prevent the fluid flowing back.
Working Principle:
Check valve is a type of valve which open or close reply on the medium flow itself. The check valve disc will open when the pressure of stem bottom exceed the stem above. The check valve disc will close when the two pressure are equaled. So that the flow goes one way in the pipeline, and prevent the fluid flowing back, avoid the accidents.
Standard Design:
Various standards of valves can be provided to clients: DIN, 3A, SMS, ISO/IDF, BS/RJT, ASME/BPE etc.Â
The body of check valve is divided into two parts, they are together by the clamp, and also use a special gasket for seal. A guide discs and four guide bar are used to guide the spring, which equipped with spindle with O type seal. This type of check valve connection: weld, clamp, and male. All check valves are suitable for all kinds of pipeline connections.
Technical Data:
If the check valves are installed in a vertical pipe, it needs approximately equal pressure 6Kpa to open. Maximum pressure for conveying material is 1000Kpa. Using temperature scope for -10 to140 degree celsius.

Main Properties of PA6 and PA 66
PA6 & PA66 are by far the most used polyamides globally. Both Polyamide 6 (PA6) and Polyamide 66 (PA66) are widely used in many different markets and applications due to their excellent performance/ cost ratios. Their key properties are listed below.
High strength and stiffness at high temperature
Good impact strength, even at low temperature
Very good flow for easy processing
Good abrasion and wear resistance
Excellent fuel and oil resistance
Good fatigue resistance
PA 6 has excellent surface appearance and better processability than PA66 (due to its very low viscosity)
Good electrical insulating properties
High water absorption and water equilibrium content limits the usage
Low dimensional stability
Attacked by strong mineral acids and absorbs polar solvents
Proper drying before processing is needed
Although, they exhibit similar properties, slight differences do remain. PA6 has a slightly lower temperature resistance versus PA66 and is also slightly less expansive.
