According to reports, coking crude benzene refining is one of the basic technologies of coal chemical industry. At present, domestic small-scale crude benzene refining devices mostly use pickling process. Acid-washing production equipment has less investment, quick effect and easy construction. However, the benzene produced by the acid cleaning process is of low purity, and cannot effectively separate toluene and xylene. It is unable to achieve effective separation of various chemical products and discharge of environmental protection standards. Moreover, the product quality is poor, the production cost is high, and the sales price does not go up. . More importantly, a large amount of unprocessable acid tar is produced in the production process, which seriously pollutes the environment.
Shanjia's two-benzene workshop crude benzene refining plant was put into production in 1980, with an annual processing capacity of 18,000 tons. The maleic anhydride device was put into production in April 2000. It has expanded production from an initial annual output of 3,500 tons to the current annual production capacity of 7,000 tons. Both sets of devices have made outstanding contributions to the growth of the company's economic efficiency, but they are all adopting a pickling refining process. The recovery rate of "triphenyl" (benzene, toluene, and xylene) is only 79.85%. The industry's advanced crude benzene hydrorefining technology can recover more than 90% of the "triphenyl". In addition, its process is backward and the environmental protection problem is serious. It belongs to the national elimination process.
In the 28 years since the two benzene workshops were put into operation, many of the equipments have been aged and corroded, and there have been many accidental hidden dangers and the safety risks are high. Although in recent years, thanks to the strict management of the company and the workshop, production has been able to run safely and stably. However, in the event of an accident, the consequences would be disastrous. In recent years, there have been many domestic lessons. Shanjia Company believes that although the production and sales of maleic anhydride in the company reached the highest level in 2007, shutting down these devices in advance will completely eradicate the hidden dangers of safety accidents and the threat to the health of employees, which is in line with the interests of the company's long-term development.
After shutting down the crude benzoic acid washing and refining device, the new project of 100,000 tons/year crude benzene hydrofining and upgrading of Shanjia Co., Ltd. was accelerated. The project follows the new trend of crude benzene processing technology and adopts the advanced technology of crude benzene low-temperature hydrogenation refining. It conforms to national environmental protection policies and market requirements. The recovery rate of “triphenyl” can reach more than 90%, and the utilization rate of resources can be improved by 10%. Percentage. After the project is completed, it will enable Shanjia Company to have annual production capacity of 69,750 tons of high-purity benzene, 15,100 tons of high-purity toluene, and 5,100 tons of xylene. The average annual sales income will be approximately 800 million yuan, and the total annual profit will be approximately 1. 300 million yuan. More importantly, its environmental protection benefits are obvious. The environmental problems and safety hazards that existed before the device was shut down no longer exist, and employees can work without wearing gas masks.
