It is reported that this set of equipment includes nearly 30 sets/sets of equipment, using "two machines" (extrusion dewatering machine , expansion dryer ) technology, and the use of foreign "three-machine" technology (extrusion dehydration machine, pre-expander dryer, The advantages of the twin-screw dryer are obvious. First of all, the “three-machine” technology equipment has many rubber shearing times, and the high-temperature heat transfer method used has a great damage to rubber macromolecules, which is not conducive to the protection of the physical properties of rubber raw materials; this equipment uses head-return heating technology to make plastics. Friction heat in the material can better protect the physical properties of the rubber. At the same time, the equipment power and energy consumption are also lower than foreign products.

The price of this equipment is only one-third of that of imported products, and the production line of “two machines” technology is one floor less than the “three-machine” technology in the layout of the plant, which also saves a lot of investment in civil engineering.

Relevant person in charge of the company said that this set of equipment brings together many innovations. In the development process, they obtained a total of quick opening and closing formwork, free water separation device for extruders, straight barrels with additional dewatering extruders, self-cleaning ultrafine dewatering screens, and 12 cutter clamping mechanisms, supplements. Drying hot box, hanging cutter mechanism, zero accumulation rubber buffer tank and other eight innovative patented technologies.

It is understood that for a long time, the country's production capacity of synthetic rubber reprocessing equipment is very low, and the post-processing equipment of butyl rubber, which is the world's fourth largest rubber grade, is almost entirely dependent on imports. Butyl rubber has excellent airtightness and watertightness. It is used in a large number of tire inner tubes and medical rubber. However, because of this, butyl rubber is unresponsive to heat, and it is difficult for water vapor to evaporate and evaporate. Therefore, the dehydration and drying of these two post-processing technologies and equipment is a recognized problem in the industry and has been monopolized by foreign companies. High prices, long lead times, and sluggish services are not affordable for ordinary companies.
