Disadvantages: increase the weight of the upper part of the screen, reduce the vibration transmission force, and weaken the screening effect. If the receiving tray is cracked, the after-sales cost is increased.

Adaptation range: Suitable for rotary vibrating screens with smaller diameters below 1000, for special screening requirements. At present, due to the limited height of the medium sieve, the addition of the tray is likely to hinder the decline of the material. Generally, the screening does not add a receiving tray.

Second, the advantages and disadvantages of using the ball board:

Benefits: The upper bouncing ball is a clearing net device, which helps the screen cleaning and improves the screening effect.

Disadvantages: increase the weight of the upper part of the screen, reduce the vibration transmission force, and weaken the screening effect. If the ball plate is cracked, the after-sales cost is increased. Whether or not to add a ball plate depends on the screening needs.

Third, the role of the stretch ring:

1. Protect the fine net to prevent the screen from crushing the screen; the edge of the screen is tightly sealed to prevent leakage.

2. If it is a thick wire screen, adding a mesh ring will affect the operation and increase the difficulty of the screen. It may require no stretch ring.
