The connecting belt between the No. 1 and No. 2 bins is started when the No. 2 bin needs to be fed. Mainly for the No. 3 ball mill feed.

When parking

Contrary to the above starting sequence. First stop the 600x900 jaw crusher on the mountain. When the ore belt of the 1750 crusher is out of material, stop the No. 2 and the cross belt. Then stop the No. 1 400x600 jaw crusher and the No. 2-1 belt, then listen to the 1750 crusher and the 1750 bearing lubrication system and the No. 2-3 belt. The belt and 900 cone crusher and 900 cone crusher bush lubrication system can be stopped only when there is no material in the 900 cone crusher and on each belt. Finally stop the dust removal system.

The 1650 cone crusher and the No. 2 400x600 jaw crusher are used as backup devices to start and stop the same method as above.

When starting the car

When parking

First dip the material, and stop feeding the belt. After the ball mill is running for a period of time, stop the ball mill, and the classifier and the ball mill and classifier. Then, look at the coarse slurry inside the flotation machine and the agitation tank, and then confirm the roughing and then stop the rough selection. Finally stop the selection, and drain the mine water.

Note: The above operation procedures are all starting and stopping sequences under normal conditions. In case of sudden power failure or other situations, the power must be disconnected to ensure that all parts of the switching power supply are disconnected to avoid sudden transfer.
