Xiaolong tungsten mine double-segment mining and mining method

Xiaolong tungsten ore belongs to the gasification high temperature hydrothermal quartz vein tungsten deposit. The veins are produced in the Devonian metamorphic rock series, which are relatively stable, f=8~12, the thickness is generally 0.2-0.3m, and the thickest is 1.7m. The surrounding rock is colloidal sandstone , phyllite, shale, etc., f=10~12, stable. The inclination angle is generally 65 to 85 degrees, and the local temperature is slowed to 60 to 65 degrees or less. The locally slowed veins are mined by double-section mining method, and the structure of the ore block is shown in Figure 1.

The stage is 50m high and divides two equally equal segments. The nugget is 40m long. The mining width is 1.4m, which is 0.2~0.4m wider than the general retention method. The funnel spacing is 4 to 5 m. The pit is digging at one end, the specification is 3×1.4m; the end is a smoothing patio with a specification of 2×1.4m. The section roadway is formed from the surface of the ore deposit and the surrounding rock is expanded. The width is generally not more than 3m. If the inclination is in the local slowing zone, so that the vein is located on the side of the section of the section roadway, then May exceed 3m.
When discharging, the upper and lower sections are placed at the same time. In order to make the ore discharge smooth, the surface of the ore stored in the lower section should be lower than the floor of the section roadway by 3m.
It has been proved by experience that it is technically feasible to use a double-segmented ore-retaining method to recover a vein with a dip angle of 60°-65° or a partial dip angle. It can smoothly discharge the mined ore, but has the following two disadvantages. :
(1) Because the mining width is wider than the general retention method by 0.2 to 0.4 m, the ore depletion rate is higher.
(2) Because the dip angle of the vein is small, rock drilling is not convenient, and the mining efficiency is low.
