Jungle Machinery was rated as a large-scale aluminum alloy extrusion die "China's key backbone mold enterprise"

Recently, Longkou Junlin Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was rated as the “China's key backbone mold enterprise” for large aluminum alloy extrusion dies by the China Die and Mould Industry Association. Jungle Machinery is a member of the China Die & Mould Industry Association. This is the second time Jungle Machinery has won this award.

The mold industry is the key to the development of China's manufacturing industry. Mold design and manufacturing technology not only represents the level of production of industrial products, but also represents a country's advanced level of industry. In recent years, with the sustained and rapid development of the national economy, the demand for high-strength, high-modulus aluminum alloy new materials has increased dramatically in such fields as the defense industry, rail transit, petrochemical industry, electronic appliances, and machinery manufacturing. Therefore, in order to promote the rapid development of mold enterprise R&D level, the state continues to increase its support for the mold industry.

The Jungle Aluminum Machinery Manufacturing Department reviewed the situation, responded positively to the national call, increased investment in research and development of molds, introduced professional and technical personnel, and updated processing equipment. Not only did it succeed in developing various extrusion presses for tonnage extrusion lines for Jungle Aluminium. Moreover, it independently researches and develops large-scale aluminum profile extrusion die computer management systems and updates the design concept, which makes the die manufacturing technology reach the advanced level in the industry. The products rank among the top in the domestic industry, which greatly promotes the overall development of the aluminum manufacturing industry of the group company.
