Xie Li told reporters with great concern that at present, China's engine companies are relatively passive, because the electronic control system technology is almost completely dependent on foreign parts giants. The consequence of being restrained by people is that the price of this system remains high, which increases the cost of the engine and increases the price of the entire vehicle. A considerable part of the increased costs must be borne by the user. He mentioned the "car to the countryside" policy that the country started to implement in 2009. "With the implementation of this policy, many farmers have started to buy cars. For enterprises, products sold to the rural market also need energy conservation and environmental protection. The price and cost will not come, and it will also affect the purchasing enthusiasm of farmers."
In engine materials, there is also a certain gap between the advanced level in China and foreign countries. Xie Li believes that the use of materials is directly related to the energy conservation and emission reduction of traditional energy engines. For example, some materials can reduce the weight of the engine and reduce the weight of the entire vehicle, so as to achieve the goal of energy conservation during use.
In terms of basic component manufacturing, Xie believes that the reliability of the product should be improved, the matching of components should be enhanced, and the fuel efficiency of the vehicle should be enhanced.
In addition, in the spare parts industry, key enterprises need the strong support of the country. Xie Li suggested that during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†period, the state should strengthen the research and development of common technologies on the one hand, and support the development of key enterprises on the other hand, and enhance the market competitiveness of key enterprises. On the issue of mergers and acquisitions in the parts and components industry, Xie Li suggested that the State encourage them to build large-scale components and key enterprises through resource integration.
