According to statistics, the total number of public water meters in the region is 451,231 sets, and the first verification rate is 100%, but the water that has not been replaced at expiration is expressed as 73,505 sets, accounting for 16.29% of the water meters. Law enforcement officials put forward opinions on correcting the water supply enterprises that have problems, and requested that an annual rotation plan be established to gradually complete the expiration of the overdue tables to ensure that all the water meters are used within the validity period of the verification. At the same time, it is necessary to solve public appeals promptly, properly and reasonably. .
In the next step, the Jiading Bureau plans to conduct spot checks on newly installed water meters, electric meters, and gas meters in the newly constructed and newly built communities, step up publicity, and increase the awareness of users of the three forms. At the same time, the enterprises are urged to use the transformation and intensification of the pipeline network, and strive for financial support on the basis of self-raised funds, and continuously strengthen the rotation of the water meters on the due date, so as to truly achieve “first-ever verification, limited-term use, and due-to-maturity rotation.â€
