The demand for health care products is relatively concentrated; the number of reports has decreased for the first time, false advertising has increased, the number of consultations has continued to rise, the social awareness of 12315 has increased year by year; the role of grassroots consumer rights protection network has gradually emerged, and the number of self-reconciliation disputes among operators has risen. .
