The key technology research project of deepwater multi-purpose underwater engineering ship passed the acceptance test

On August 12th, the â€œKey Technology Research on Deepwater Multi-function Underwater Engineering Ship (Ship Shipyard)â€, which was led by Shanghai Ship Research and Design Institute and China Shipbuilding Huangpu Wenchong Ship Co., Ltd., successfully passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Â Â Â Â Â Under the background of foreign monopoly and technical blockade of offshore equipment research and development, Shanghangyuan and Huangpu Wenchong independently developed and designed a deep-water multi-purpose underwater engineering ship with international level. The ship integrates large-scale deep-water underwater structure installation, flexible pipe laying, anchor system handling, remote-controlled underwater robot operation and saturated diving support to meet the operational requirements of the South China Sea and the world's major sea areas.

Â Â Â Â Â Through the study of 12 topics, the project completed the basic design of the target ship type, reached the requirements of the classification society for review, and formed the independent development capability of the deepwater multi-functional underwater engineering ship.

Â Â Â Â Â The project deeply studied the hydrodynamic performance of the hull with the March pond, completed the reasonable configuration and arrangement of a variety of large-scale equipment and 300-meter saturated diving equipment with a depth of 3,000 meters of water on the target ship, and proposed a three-stage dynamic positioning. Power system solutions for system redundancy, separation and independence. Through research, the DC busbar configuration voltage dip crossing test method was proposed for the first time, and the short-circuit test was successfully carried out on the actual ship, which was recognized by DNV.

Â Â Â Â Â The research results of the project have been applied in the construction of â€œOffshore Oil 286â€ and provided strong support for the subsequent two construction contract orders, which have achieved good economic benefits.
