Unified company's new dry box put into production

Recently, the automatic hard disk drying oven produced by Jiangsu Changzhou United Drying Equipment Co., Ltd. using patented technology was fully put into operation. The equipment can be widely used in the drying of solid materials in the pharmaceutical production, chemical, food processing and other industries. The fully automatic hard disk drying oven combines the advantages of a hot air circulating drying oven and a tray dryer and meets GMP requirements. The equipment realizes full automation of feeding, stuffing, turning and discharging. It can be either continuous or batch drying. The speed is fast and controllable. The operation is simple and the drying is very uniform. The dry box is a non-pressure container and operates more safely. The steam temperature in the tube can reach 150°C~160°C, and the heating temperature can reach 120°C~130°C. The equipment uses a fixed scraper device, with only one scraper per floor, making cleaning easier. In addition, the air circulation system is equipped with a filtering device that can ensure the cleanliness of the air duct, and at the same time, the air volume can be adjusted to reduce the amount of dust.
