Analysis of Test Transformer Running Box Flow
The test transformer has the characteristics of small size, light weight, compact structure, complete functions, strong versatility and easy use. Especially suitable for power system, industrial and mining enterprises, research departments and other high voltage electrical equipment, electrical components, insulation materials under high frequency or DC high voltage insulation strength test. It is an indispensable and important equipment in high pressure test.
1. Check the test transformer and measure the output voltage of the winding resistance so that it matches the running box (table).
2. Connect the wiring between the test transformer and the running box (station) according to the wiring diagram.
3. Turn on the battery, the battery indicator light is on, and the preset time relays to the required time. (Only KZX - 50, 100 have this feature). At this point the regulator should return to zero.
4. Turn the handwheel clockwise (KZX - 50, 100 for electric boost, press the boost button), press, 2KV / uniform boost to the desired value.
5. Turn on the time relay and the time relay starts timing (KZX only - 50, 100 has automatic step-down function).
6. After the test is completed, rotate the handwheel anti-clockwise to zero (KZX - 50, 100 has cited function). Press the stop button to cut off the battery and release the wiring.
7. During the test, if abnormal noise or smoke is found, there is odor, etc., the boost pressure shall be immediately stopped, and the pressure shall be rapidly reduced to zero. After checking, the pressure may continue to increase.
8. The test transformer is strictly prohibited to cut off the battery during normal work.
9. If it is found that the carbon brush of the pressure regulator is excessively worn, replace the same size brush in time.
10. If it is not used for a long period of time, it must be megohmmeter for insulation measurement when it is used again, and the resistance value is not lower than 0.5M before it can be used continuously.
