Application of Power Monitoring Software in Zhenxing Ginza in Jinan
introduction
    Energy conservation is a national long-term basic national policy. Actively adopting advanced technologies and management methods is an effective approach to energy conservation . In Jinan, the revitalization of Ginza is a new Ginza supermarket , which is subject to cyclical changes in electricity consumption depending on the day and night. Features, real-time monitoring of the floor based on Acrel-2000 power monitoring software, to achieve a rational management of power distribution, and then achieve the purpose of energy saving.
1 Project introduction
 Jinan Zhenxing Ginza is a new Ginza supermarket, and Ankerui meters are distributed in power boxes and underground power distribution rooms on each floor. 250 instruments are connected to the communication server in the form of a bus. The NPORT5630-16 serial port server is used to receive the parameters collected from the on-site power equipment. The wiring construction is the responsibility of Party A. The system adopts a distributed structure and is a field layer, a communication layer, and a background monitoring layer.
 The field layer is Ankerui series meters distributed on the site, the communication layer is serial server, switch, etc. The background monitoring layer includes computers, printers, and UPS power supplies. The communication layer and background monitoring layer are located in the underground monitoring room. All Ankerui series instruments on the site were pulled down through the shielded twisted pair cable to the underground monitoring room, connected to the serial server, and connected to the computer through the switch to achieve data acquisition.
2 user needs
 In order to realize the modernization, unification, intelligence, and standardized management of the distribution system, Jinan Zhenxing Ginza finally came up with the following requirements after detailed preliminary market research and inspection of different power system integration companies:
Real-time display: The monitoring information of voltage, current, power, power factor and frequency of each feeder circuit is refreshed in real time.
Trend analysis: Completion of the real-time and historical trend curve of voltage, current or power of each distribution circuit, convenient analysis of the circuit distribution operating conditions, deployment of three-phase distribution balance and peak load filling.
Power management: Complete the power collection function of each loop, and automatically generate electricity reports that meet customer management requirements. All reports or charts support query printing.
Event alarm: alarms on the communication status or abnormal power consumption of each monitoring point, so that management personnel can grasp and analyze the distribution operation situation in real time

3.2 Network Structure Diagram Topology
In order to meet the requirements for unified monitoring of floors and distribution rooms, all on-site instruments are connected to the serial server through shielded twisted-pair cables to realize the collection, storage, processing, real-time display and historical query of on-site data . The topology is shown in Figure 1:

Jinan Ginza proposed revitalization needs and networking programs we identified, Field equipment procurement Kerui company network power meter, network communications layer using MOXA serial server of NPORT5630-16, fieldbus laying shielded twisted pair, in order to meet the system Network requirements .
4 system function
The upper computer software uses Acrel - 2000 power monitoring software, software configuration, database variable configuration, interface design, etc., to complete the software monitoring and power monitoring functions in the host computer.
4.1. One-time diagram display: Intuitive dynamic display of voltage, current, power, power factor and frequency monitoring information in a single graph. As shown in Figure 2:

4.2. Trend Curve: A user can request to draw a trend curve for the voltage, current, or power of each distribution circuit, and analyze the circuit distribution operating conditions , as shown in Figure 3:

4.5 Â Current over-limit alarm setting : The power monitoring system defines the current over-limit alarm setting interface . The user decides to set the current warning value according to the cross-section (thickness) of each loop field cable, so as to avoid electricity accidents caused by excessive current. As shown in Figure 6 below :

4. 6 Â Alarm prompt and query interface : Real-time and historical alarm interface of the power monitoring system . The real-time alarm will pop up the alarm window prompt. The historical alarm is obtained through the query, as shown in the following figure 7, 8 :

5 Bring benefits to customers: before and after implementation
Real-time: manual transcription, 2 times a day, the time of each loop is not uniform, can be poor; the real-time computer acquisition, 50mS once, strong comparability
Storage management: paper records, turn around the box when inquiries, long-term volatile, date data management is complex; computer storage, data can be stored for more than 10 years, query speed, just a mouse, quickly and accurately.
High-voltage remote control: 10KV manual closing and closing; 10KV remote background control increases operation safety
6 Conclusion
The configuration of network power meters in power monitoring systems has the advantages of concise implementation and low investment. It can monitor the operation status of power distribution systems in a convenient and real-time manner, and manage the on-site electrical equipment in a unified manner, eliminating the need for workers to record on site. The tedious work, the system manages and analyzes the historical operating data and status of various electrical equipment, facilitates the maintenance personnel to clarify equipment conditions, formulates detailed equipment maintenance plans, reduces staff and improves efficiency. At the same time, according to the established electricity metering system, it is possible to understand and analyze the overall energy consumption of buildings, propose plans for reducing consumption, adopt measures for energy conservation and consumption reduction, and gradually increase the efficiency of electricity consumption.
