Bioco Flow Distribution Valve Controls Multiple Flow Paths

For high-activity and high-purity fluid applications, the Becco flow distribution valve reduces a series of connections and potential leaks as fluids are mixed and dispensed. The flow distribution valve combines the multiple valve actuators on the central module to form a single, compact unit that allows the mixing or distribution of any combination of two and eight separate flow sources.

The flow distribution valve uses a flexible diaphragm to isolate the coil actuator and flow path. All wetted parts are made of highly inert, non-metallic materials such as PTFE or PEEK. The flow distribution valve can have a range of path options from 0.032” to 0.125” with power in the 2-8 watt range.

The flow distribution valve features a radial module that eliminates the difference in flow path length and timing in the linear module. Each coil actuator is individually adjusted by the manufacturer to ensure equal flow rates at the same pressure.
