China's largest giant engineering radial tire off the assembly line
On January 9, China's first 46/90R57 model giant radial tire weighing 4.5 tons, 3.6 meters in outside diameter and 1.2 meters in width was successfully rolled off at Huasheng Tire Co., Ltd., the second production base of Triangle Group. The tire is the largest and largest domestic engineering radial tire in China, with a single tire maximum load of 103 tons. It can be installed on large dump trucks and is widely used in the fields of mining, energy, and engineering.
The Triangle Group Giant Project radial tire project was built on the basis of the company’s 200,000 sets of engineering radial tire production line projects. Before this, this kind of product with high technical content and good economic efficiency has been monopolized by a few foreign tire companies, and China has only been able to rely on imports for a long time.
