Waste tire cracker makes waste tires become treasure
On November 22, 2011, in front of a factory building in Changqing District, the workers were busy, loading, fixing and binding, and several heavy trucks were ready to go. The iron guy loaded on the car, “eats†the used tires, and “spews†out fuel, carbon black, and iron wire. This is a fully automatic industrial continuous development by Jinan Century Huatai Technology Co., Ltd. Used tire cracking device. The device has 15 national inventions, utility model patents and 4 international PCT patent protections, and has been exported to 19 countries and regions.
Misplaced baby
In 2010, China's auto production and sales both exceeded 18 million, ranking the first in the world. The disposal of waste tires that accompany it has also become increasingly serious. In the same year, 300 million waste tires were produced in China. The “black trash†is no less harmful to the environment than white trash. How to deal with it has become a global problem.
"After passing through the tire crushing system, used tires are added with catalysts, and after they are preheated, they enter the system and undergo cracking and cracking reactions at normal pressure and low temperatures. In this way, garbage becomes 'baby'." Chairman of Jinan Century Huatai Technology Co., Ltd. Niu Bin, inventor of this device, also found a way.
Niu Bin pointed to the two pipes next to the equipment and told reporters that a down-pipe was magnetized and led to a cubic green box. This was the solid product produced after the completion of the cracking reaction—coarse gray black, after magnetic separation. The carbon black is obtained; the upward pipeline enters two large oil barrels through a special device. After the pyrolysis gas is separated and cooled by the oil separator, two fuel oils are obtained. These two large oil barrels are respectively Light oil (gasoline) and diesel; the cracking system will also produce a small amount of combustible gas. This combustible gas is purified by the system and used for cracking the process heating system. The resulting flue gas will be transformed into a gas purification system. Clean gas. "This device has achieved almost 100% utilization of waste tires without any pollution. Through it, we have turned waste tires into resources," Niu Bin stressed.
At present, the company has used bundled sales to export production equipment and technology to 19 countries and regions including Malaysia, the United States, Canada, Japan, and Thailand, and has monopolized market positions in Malaysia, Australia, and Indonesia.
The "world first" that was fined out
Talking about his invention, Niu Bin's face of "buffalo" can recall the R&D process. He sighs how difficult life is.
In 1990, Niu Bin opened the first domestic waste plastic pyrolysis plant in Tianqiao District. When the factory just began to pick up, a paper punishment decision made him fall into an ice cellar: Dismantle all equipment in the factory within five days. Originally, due to the large amount of exhaust gas produced in the production process, the surrounding residents reacted strongly and were banned by the environmental protection department.
He returned to the factory and looked at the mountains of waste plastic that had just come from all over the country. He started to chant. "Where are you transporting? You just burned!"
This burning, a miracle happened. When he hooked the ash, he hooked a wire that was regularly coiled into a circle; there was a black object next to it, with a vague pattern. Niu Bin recognizes this as a motorcycle tire. After a while, the black thing was cold, and he smashed with his hand and became gray. This means that something must have come out. "Is it oil? It must be oil! Looking for tires, how much can you find?" Niu Bin excitedly shouted at the workers. In the last 5 days, the tires were out of oil. "All my losses do not reach this small cup of dark oil!" From the moment the oil was taken from the pipe, Niu Bin felt a bright light.
In the following years, Niu Bin looked for information, interviewed experts, and mainly studied how it could not be polluted. After continuous experimentation, the conclusions of the appraisal committee of the National Science and Technology Achievements of China are: "First at home and abroad, reaching the international advanced and leading level." In the same industry at home and abroad, the entire production line has obtained the CE certification. It is a key scientific and technological project of the Chinese government and has been recognized as a “national key new product†by the national ministries and commissions.
"Outside the floral wall"
Inside the wall flowering wall incense. Niu Bin told reporters that the company is currently implementing a total of 30 million US dollars of contracts, 95% of the orders from abroad, "many places in the country have searched all over the world, only to know that the company to master the technology actually in Jinan, Shandong."
“As the international energy situation becomes tense, the local oil refining that is prohibited by the Chinese government has become increasingly rampant. Even once it occupied more than 90% of the domestic waste tire processing market, the price of domestic waste tires has skyrocketed.†The company’s technical staff introduced: It is very simple, that is, the waste tires are put into the furnace, and after high-temperature melting, the tires are melted to produce steel wire and tire oil. It has huge profits, and can earn nearly 1,000 yuan for each ton of used tires. However, the pollution of the production process to the environment is extremely serious. Soil-refining oil refining has seriously impacted the survival market of new environmental protection products. Under relatively weak domestic purchasing power, the price of waste tires as raw materials has risen sharply, with the consequence that the market competitiveness of environmental protection products has declined.
“The United States handles 1 to 2 million U.S. dollars for waste tires, European countries pay 110 euros for each ton of tires, Britain, Japan, and Germany have free recycling of waste tires, and waste tire processing companies are exempt from taxes. We have not only failed to handle subsidies. Waste tires have to be sold at high prices," said Niu Bin.
Another important reason for the development of the company is the lack of talent. “There are thousands of colleges and universities in the country, but none of them have the relevant profession of 'rubber cracking'.†In desperation, when the company recruits people, it considers the “rubber polymerization†profession more. In Niu Bin’s view, “polymerization†is at least the most recent and easiest-to-use specialty of “crackingâ€.
With the continuous increase in domestic environmental protection, strong support for the development of circular economy. Niu Bin also intends to open up the domestic market. “Many local governments have realized that the waste tires contain great harm and are formulating relevant supporting policies. Now I have to receive customers from all over the country every day. I believe that with the continuous promotion of new technologies for environmental protection, Our environment will be better and better."
