China Haida acquires Suzhou Xunwei to make up for the gap in total station business

On February 6th, China Haida issued an announcement stating that in order to make up for the company's business gaps in the area of ​​total stations and other optical mapping products and improve the company's product chain, the company plans to increase the capital by Suzhou Superway with RMB 26,125,500. Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Suzhou Xunwei"). After the completion of the capital increase, China Haida holds a 61.75% equity interest in Suzhou Xunwei. Suzhou Xunwei becomes a holding subsidiary of China Haida.

Suzhou Xunwei is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of photoelectric angle sensors, automatic anping controllers, technical development and consulting services for the assembly, maintenance and related products of optoelectronic instruments. The main business is R&D, production and sales of optoelectronic products such as total stations, laser distance measuring devices and absolute encoder angle measuring devices. Previously, Suzhou Xunwei mainly supplied its main customer, Suzhou Yiguang Instrument Co., Ltd., in ODM mode. After Haida has entered the main office, it will change Suzhou Xunwei's single ODM model, make full use of the company’s existing sales channels and dealer resources, as well as the company’s own brand to expand its business. In 2012-2014, it will strive to maintain rapid growth and upgrade the total station And other series of optical mapping products production capacity scale.

Haida believes that the main purpose of this investment is that the total station has a good opportunity for entry and growth; it can broaden its product lines and sales channels; and it can fully integrate the advantages of both parties.

Zhonghai Da said that with the help of the capital level cooperation with Suzhou Xunwei, it can quickly enter the photoelectric mapping equipment market, thus effectively complementing the original GNSS business, resulting in significant synergies; and can further accelerate the sales force and sales by broadening the product line.
