16.1 Operating conditions:

16.1.3 The cone crusher must be equipped with a water seal dustproof device.
16.1.4 The crushing gap of the cone crusher shall not be less than the specified value and shall be measured periodically.
16.1.5 The amount of spring compression must be the same, meet the specified value, and should not be adjusted at will. If it is broken, it must be replaced in time.
16.1.6 The rolling wall and the broken wall are absolutely forbidden to contact in any case.

16.2.2 Inspection must be carried out in accordance with the inspection items before operation.
16.2.3 Driving in the following order:
16.2.3.1 Start the lubricating oil pump and confirm that all parts of the machine are fully lubricated. The return line is returned for 2 minutes and the oil pressure is kept within the range of 0.7-1.5 kg/cm 2 .
16.2.3.2 Start the hydraulic oil pump, operate the reversing valve of the lock cylinder, and lock the adjusting ring.
16.2.3.3 Motor start and stop shall be carried out in accordance with the “motor operating proceduresâ€.
16.2.3.4 After the motor is started, attention should be paid to the operation sound of the equipment and the position indicated by the ammeter. If there is an abnormality, stop the vehicle immediately and check it after normal operation.
16.2.3.5 After confirming that the various parts of the machine are in normal operation, start the mining belt, then open the dust water switch and start the ore belt.
16.2.4 When checking the power supply equipment, the power switch should be cut off first. It is strictly forbidden to carry live work. It is strictly forbidden to operate the electrical equipment with wet hands.
16.2.5 During work, it is not allowed to leave the job without authorization. The equipment may not be handed over to others for supervision without the approval of the relevant leaders.
16.2.6 The fuel tank cap and bearing cap must be sealed. It is strictly forbidden to enter dust and debris. The lubricating oil must be cooled and filtered. The cooling water pressure is lower than the oil pressure of 0.25-0.5 kg/cm 2 .
16.3 Maintenance and key inspection contents in operation:

16.3.2 During the operation, the mobile guard device is not allowed to move, and if it is moved, it must be restored to its original state before it can be operated.
16.3.3 During operation, the running parts and electrical circuits cannot be touched by hand or body.
16.3.4 During the operation, the oil return temperature should not exceed 60 °C. If it exceeds the time, the measures should be taken to reduce the amount of ore, stop the cooling or change the oil.
16.4 Operation sequence and precautions for parking:
16.4.1 The sequence of parking operations is as follows:
16.4.1.1 Stop feeding.
16.4.1.2 Press the stop button or turn off the power switch.
16.4.1.3 Move the motor short-circuit ring to the parking position.
16.4.1.4 Stop the lubricating oil pump and hydraulic pump.
16.4.2 When there is no notice of power outage, the following measures shall be taken:
