Does waterjet cutting pressure need to be adjusted?

In the field of waterjets, cutting different workpieces also requires different pressures and cannot be generalized.

More and more people are aware of the cutting advantages of waterjets and are willing to invest in the purchase of waterjet equipment, but not all users know how to maximize the use of smart waterjets.

Although common sense, the higher the pressure, the faster the cutting speed, so the average user uses the highest continuous working pressure of the high pressure pump for cutting, but productivity is often not the only factor, and the user may pay more attention to the overall cost.

The greater the pressure of the water jet, the greater the cost. These costs include the loss of related consumables, electricity bills, etc. Therefore, cutting only one material does not theoretically require pressure adjustment. Cutting different materials can reasonably set the corresponding cutting pressure so as to maximize the overall benefits.
