1.3 Work Mode Description
Interval mode
The user can set the upper and lower limits of the desired vacuum degree. When the pump reaches the vacuum upper limit, it will automatically stop. When the vacuum drops to the lower limit, the pump will automatically run.
[limit mode]
The user can set an upper limit value for the vacuum, and it will stop automatically when the pump reaches the vacuum.
ã€Time Mode】
There are three program options in timing mode:
â— Work break cycle operation program (abbreviation: work break);
â— One-time working procedures (referred to as: one-time work);
â— Independent control program (abbreviation: independent control).
1, work break cycle operation program:
Selecting this program essentially superimposes the "time zone mode" and the "limit mode" with the time control function.
When using this program, the customer needs to set the working hours W and rest time R first. During the working hours W, the instrument will operate according to the customer's selected "interval mode" or "limit mode"; within the rest time R, the instrument will be forced to stop the pump for rest.
After the instrument is started, the pump will work for a period of time W, then rest for a period of time R, then work W time, rest R time again, and so on in an endless loop, until manually pressing the [Start/Stop] key.
2. One-time working procedure
Selecting this program essentially superimposes the timing control function between the "interval mode" and the "limit mode."
When using this mode, the customer needs to set the working time W first. During working hours W, the instrument will operate according to the customer's choice of "interval mode" or "limit mode". After the instrument starts up, it will start working for a period of time and then it will be in a state of stopping the pump. In other words, the instrument only works once and the working time is long.
3, independent control program
This program is an operating program that makes "interval mode", "limit mode", and "timing mode" operate independently and not related to each other. The first generation of intelligent vacuum pumps ANB is similar to this model.
[Use caution, warning]
Working environment
Ambient temperature: 0 ~ 40 °C, not in the outdoor sun, should work in a clean environment.
Relative humidity in the environment: relative humidity ≤ 75%.
Working medium
The gas extracted by this machine must be non-corrosive and oil-free, but it should be rich in water vapor.
The temperature of the medium must be controlled between 0 and 40 °C. (Caution: not 50 °C; gas must not condense, freeze, etc.); humidity of medium gas: relative humidity ≤ 75%; Solid foreign matter must not be allowed to enter the pump!
ã€caveat】
1, This machine does not have explosion-proof performance, can not be used in flammable and explosive environment (such as closed and ventilated, full of flammable and explosive gas, liquid and other atmosphere)!
2. When taking toxic and harmful gases, customers must take adequate safety measures to prevent accidental leakage.
3. Pumping (liquid) is strictly forbidden, high temperature gas such as pumping steam is forbidden; otherwise damage will not be guaranteed!
4. The exhaust line must be kept unobstructed, otherwise the pump will produce high pressure due to poor exhaust gas, which will cause air circuit components to burst and endanger safety!
5, Do not put this machine in rain or wet place, to prevent fire or electric shock, it is forbidden to pump liquid water, water vapor must be gaseous, otherwise it is not warranty!
6. The filter on the air inlet must be connected in series with our company. Change the filter after it is dirty, otherwise it will damage the instrument.
