The Declaration of Innovation Awards assisted the General Conference in the preparation of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Development of Instruments and Meter Industry” to provide relevant materials, completed the submission of 8 national standards for scales, and organized 11 industry papers in the “Basic Medical Equipment and Equipment Manual”. Published.

Subsequently, the conference delegates discussed the work report. According to related data, the announcement of the implementation of the new medical reform program in 2009 created a huge demand for medical instrument products. In 2010, the market size will reach 120 billion yuan, which will double in the next five years; there will be a total of 138 primary instruments and equipment in basic medical units. Among them, there are 81 conventional instruments and meters, accounting for 59% of the total. Foreign companies not only monopolized high-end equipment, but also began to pay attention to middle- and low-end medical devices, and they all laid out production and sales of low-end products. Therefore, the delegates called on the relevant government departments, industry organizations and manufacturers to attach importance to the needs of primary medical equipment; domestic companies must strengthen scientific research and development and provide essential medical equipment for primary medical units.
