Bulk feed carrier loading:

After the bulk feed truck arrives at the storage tower of the farm, the feed truck is parked in a valid position, and after reliable positioning, the three-phase power supply is switched on or switched to the onboard generator power supply (the voltage is stabilized at 380 V and the frequency is 50 Hz ). Toggle the power selection switch (self-generating or external), and then toggle the phase sequence switch. The green light is on the correct phase sequence. When the lifting auger is put on the material, the corresponding hopper should be opened according to actual needs. The initial control should be to put the control handle to the first gear, and after the flow material is smooth, it can be put into the second or third gear. The material discharge must be gradual and progressive. It is absolutely forbidden to open the gate handle to the fourth gear at the beginning of discharge, and the role of the fourth gear is to set the material in the bin. After the storage is empty, the operation handle is closed, and the materials in the other storage chamber are completed one by one according to the same method as described above. After the material is completely discharged, press the stop button of the horizontal auger first, and wait a few seconds before pressing the stop button of the vertical auger. When the auger no material is output, press the stop button of the auger. Loosen the hoop handle, turn the steering wheel to reset the lifting auger, tighten the hoop, and unplug the power outlet. This operation is completed .
Before loading, ensure that each bin door is closed. First, open the frontmost feed inlet at the top of the cabinet, install the first feed, then open the middle feed bin, install the second feed, and finally open the last bin. First, prepare before entering the market
1. The driver parked the car outside the court and the driver got off and registered with the guard.

3. After the driver has changed his shoes, the sprayer shall be disinfected and sterilized through the disinfection channel. After the driver has been disinfected, the driver shall follow the command of the field director or the technician to enter the field.
4. The driver will drive the vehicle into the car (vehicle speed ≤ 5km/h ). The disinfectant tank shall be sterilized by soaking the tire. During the disinfection process, the material truck shall be moved to ensure that the tire can be completely soaked. After the vehicle passes through the disinfection tank, the driver or the technician directs the driver. The driver slowly (vehicle speed ≤ 5km/h ) drives the vehicle into the disinfection passage for spray disinfection.
5. After the spray disinfection, the material truck is allowed to stand for 15 minutes. The driver takes a bath, disinfects, and then drives into the production area after changing shoes.
Second, the material flow

2. The driver drives the car to the designated area and must not exceed the area line. After the field manager or technician confirms the area, he orders the electrician to park on the front wheel.
3 , the driver got off the car carefully check the car condition, feeding arm control box, external power cord and plug, ground, escalator on the roof, car silo cover, etc., to ensure that all parts can be normal operation at any time.
4. After the driver checks the error, the electrician plugs in the power supply (except for the self-contained power supply). The headmaster or the technician is in command of the vehicle, and the driver operates according to the command.
5 , when the material must be turned off and braked ( brake the power supply car does not turn off ) , the driver must obey the command of the chief or technician.
6. The driver adjusts the angle and height of the feeding arm according to the command, and aligns the position of the feeding arm and the mouth of the material tower. After being verified by the field technician or the technician, the driver prepares for the material.
7 , if you need to check the situation, after a period of time, the headmaster or technician commanding the material car and electrician unplug the power, the electrician wearing a safety helmet and seat belt, climb from the ladder to the top of the material tower, view Whether feed tower feed material requirements. If you are dissatisfied, wait until the electrician goes down the tower and continue to drill until you meet the requirements.
8. When the material is finished, the driver first raises the feed arm. The headmaster or technician confirms that the material outlet is completely separated from the feed material of the material tower. The driver then rotates the feed arm to the original position of the material truck. The material is cut by the electrician. Car power, and put away the power cord. After being confirmed by the field director or technician, the electrician is ordered to remove the parking brake on the front wheel, and the driver can start the material truck to leave.

Precautions

4. If the feeding arm is stuck during the feeding process, please close the feeding arm control switch first, then check the reason, and avoid directly checking the switch.
5. After the feeding is completed, the feeder arm must be restarted after the length of the feeder arm or the permission of the technician.

Corrective measures
