Renault-Nissan Mitsubishi Releases Mid-term Plan 2022 Sales Target to 14 Million
On September 15, local time, the Renault-Nissan Mitsubishi Alliance released its mid-term business plan entitled "Alliance 2022" for the next six years. This time, Renault-Nissan Mitsubishi released its mid-term plan for the first time as a coalition. It covers sales, revenue, alliance synergies, and platform sharing.
According to the plan, in 2022, the alliance's global sales volume will reach 14 million, which is 40% higher than the 9.96 million last year, and it also exceeds the top three global sales companies last year (Volkswagen Group's 10.31 million, Toyota's 1,017 Millions and General Motors 10 Million). Union CEO Carlos Ghosn stated that in the final stage of the plan, the alliance’s sales turnover target is 240 billion U.S. dollars.
In order to achieve the above objectives, the main strategy that the alliance will adopt is that the three companies jointly use the four major platforms to improve the overall efficiency of the alliance. According to the plan, there will be 9 million vehicles using four platforms, accounting for 60% of the total 14 million vehicles. Last year, about 2 million vehicles shared the two platforms. In addition, the coalition stated in the statement that it will develop a special platform for electric vehicles, which is expected to be put into use in 2020.
As major markets such as China are actively promoting electric vehicles, it is very likely that electric vehicles will become the focus of the alliance during the final stages of the plan. According to the plan, the alliance will launch 12 new pure electric vehicles in the next five years. In 2022, the electric vehicle's cruising range for a single electric vehicle can reach 600 kilometers, which is 50% higher than that of the second-generation Nissan Leaf.
The plan announced by the Renault-Nissan Alliance also includes the development of a fully-autonomous driving model in 2022, and the introduction of self-driving vehicles into the car-sharing market, so it is likely to work with service providers. At the same time, during the planning period, the alliance will also introduce 40 models with different degrees of autopilot.
Welded Bed Plate For Flanges Of Ship Pipe
The flange welded single-sided seat plate is mainly installed on the top, side wall and bottom of the cabin or cabinet as the entrance and exit of the cabin or cabinet. Valves, accessories or pipes can be installed directly on the single-sided seat plate.
Flange welded single-sided seat plate is suitable for seawater, fresh water, oil, air and steam pipelines below 300 °C. The commonly used nominal diameter is 15~150 mm, and the nominal pressure is lower than 1.6 MPa. The shape of the single-sided seat plate is similar to the corresponding lap-welded Steel Flange.
Flange welded double-sided seat plates are generally used when pipelines pass through decks and tanks, and the two sides of the seat plate are respectively connected to valves, accessories or pipes.
Compared with the single-sided seat plate, the double-sided seat plate has an extra shoulder and double-sided mounting stud bolts. The outer diameter of the shoulder is 10~20 mm larger than that of the corresponding flange, and the thickness of the shoulder is 6~12 mm.
Its scope of application and other structural dimensions are basically the same as those of the single-sided seat plate.
The manufacturing and installation methods of the flange-welded double-sided seat plate are basically the same as the single-sided seat plate, but when the screw holes are drawn, the positions of the upper and lower screw holes of the seat plate must be staggered from each other and must not overlap; deck or bulkhead The diameter of the hole on the top is 2~3 mm larger than the diameter of the seat plate.
