the reason:

The circuit is not well grounded, the test circuit wiring is incorrect, and the device is opened by an instrument.

1) Check that the grounding device is reliable, and if there is a disconnection point in the grounding cable;

2) Check the high voltage and low voltage coils of the excitation transformer; (low voltage winding resistance two sets of A1X1 and A2X2; high voltage winding resistance each output end to high voltage tail)

3) Check the on and off of each reactor; (each winding resistance)

4) Check the continuity of the signal line of the voltage divider; (capacity)

5) Check the voltage divider's high and low voltage capacitance arm's on and off; (1 hole on the core, 2 holes on the shell respectively; 1 hole on the 2 hole disconnect)

6) There is no resonance point when the device boosts itself, and it is necessary to check the continuity of the compensation capacitor.

3 can not be boosted to the test voltage phenomenon:

1) The tuning curve is a straight line with low spikes;

2) When the test is performed, the primary voltage is high, but the high voltage is low. Even when the voltage is not raised to the test voltage, the primary voltage has reached the rated voltage and the circuit automatically depressurizes;

the reason:

1) Reactor and test product capacity do not match and no resonance point is found accurately;

2) The loss of the sample is high and the system Q is too low;

3) The excitation transformer high voltage output voltage is low;

4) The high-voltage cable is too long or there is no high-pressure release line.

Method of exclusion:

1) Compensate the capacitor and connect it to the test circuit to increase the loop capacity;

2) Resonate multiple reactors in series as much as possible to increase the loop inductance;

3) Increase the output voltage of the excitation transformer;

4) Dry treatment of the tested product, increase the insulation strength of the test product, and reduce the active loss of the circuit;

5) Generally, when the device is output with a higher voltage, use high-voltage halation line, or change the ordinary high-voltage output line to a shorter connection, generally no more than 5 meters.
