Common mechanical failures in the use of brakes and three roller gates
We are no stranger to the brakes and the three roller gates. As a common security gate, we can often see and even use it. In the process of use, some mechanical failures will inevitably occur. The brakes and the three roller gates are in use. What are the common mechanical failures?
1. The gate and the three roller gate have no action after receiving the effective opening signal.
When this happens, check the status of the main board indicator.
1. The indicator of the main board of the gate and the three-roller brake is normal. When the effective opening signal is given, the indicator light will flash intermittently and the direction indicator will turn into a green arrow (here contains two signals in different directions). The gate has no action:
Detection method: Detect the output voltage (AC18V) of the PC and PD of the PX terminal, and check whether the F2 (3A) fuse is blown; if normal, check whether there is voltage output (DC24V) at both ends of the MA and MB of the DX terminal. If there is output , to detect whether the motor connection is disconnected; whether the motor is damaged;
2. The indicator lights of the main board of the brake and the three-roller brake are not lit, and the LED digital tube is not displayed:
Detection method: Detect the voltage output of PA and PB at the PX terminal (AC12V); check if the F1 (2A) fuse is blown. If the above are normal, it is judged that the motherboard is damaged;
2. The motor rotates back and forth after the brake and the three roller gate are powered on.
1. If the gate is installed and commissioned outdoors, determine if the unlocked photoelectric switch is exposed to strong light:
Detection method: cover the cover; if necessary, open the case or the cover, please cover the unlock photoelectric switch with deep color opaque objects for debugging!
2. If it is not the above problem, test the unlock photoelectric switch:
A. Check whether the photoelectric switch of the unlocking board is powered! Check the 4PIN thread head for looseness or poor contact;
B. Enter the debugging menu P00, rotate the synchronous wheel to drive the light blocking piece to pass the optocoupler 1 and the optocoupler 2 in turn, and the red and green indicator lights should be brightened in turn, otherwise the unlocking photoelectric switch is damaged;
3. Check whether the connection between the shutter and the three-roller unlock photoelectric switch and the main board is reliable;
4. When the red and green lights of the photoelectric switch are unlocked, the L5 and L2 indicators on the main board will light up, otherwise the main board will be damaged.
3. When the gate and the three-roller gate are powered up, they cannot be on the pole or the gate is running.
1) Check if the circlip on the drop mechanism is detached and the lock of the brake lever is seriously worn;
2) Whether the falling rod mechanism is loose or not causes the positional deviation: the spring pian of the falling rod mechanism should have a slight gap with the lock of the brake rod;
3) Whether the electromagnet is in good condition: the electromagnet should be hot during normal operation;
4) Detect the voltage output (DC24V) of LOCK1 and LOCK2 of the MX terminal on the motherboard, otherwise the motherboard will be damaged.
4. After opening and resetting, open the gate again in the opposite direction.
A. Open the movement cover and check whether the normally open and normally closed contacts of the left and right stroke switches are sensitive;
B. Adjust the position of the light blocking piece;
C. Adjust the position of the left and right travel switches: When the normal left and right open brakes are unlocked, the left and right positioning arms cannot touch the travel switch (Note: the gap between the two is as small as possible).
5. The gate and the three roller gate are not reset after opening
When the pedestrian passes, the gate will not be reset immediately, and there will be several people who can continue to pass. After a delay, the gate will be locked:
Detection method: firstly detect the reset photoelectric switch (the same unlocking photoelectric switch); when there is signal output, the L4 indicator on the main board will light up, otherwise the main board is damaged; check whether the main board parameter setting P08 is set to be remembered;
Six. Direction indicator board has no change
When the brake is turned on, the voltage output (DV12V) of the DIR-L and DIR-R on the main board of the gate is detected. Otherwise, the motherboard is damaged; if the motherboard is normal, the direction indicator board is damaged.
