Barite beneficiation process: Due to the large proportion of barite, the proportion of gangue is small. Therefore, the barite beneficiation method mainly adopts the re-election process, and the main equipment is the jig. The barite ore is first crushed and grounded by a crusher , ball mill and other mineral processing equipment. The material is classified by using a sieve device such as a vibrating screen. After the classification, the material can be sent to the jig for sorting. The selected material can be ground by a ball mill and then floated by a flotation machine to obtain a barite concentrate. The obtained barite concentrate contains more water, and if it is required to reduce the barite The moisture can be stored in a dewatering equipment such as a concentrator to obtain a dried barite concentrate.
