1 Introduction
The leisure forest is located in Yuhang County, Zhejiang Province. It is directly accessible by the suburban bus in Wulinmen, Hangzhou. The traffic is very convenient. The plant was completed and put into operation in 1966. The designed and built plant scale is 1000t/d, but the actual production capacity is only 600~800t/d, and the annual production capacity of molybdenum concentrate is 300t (291t in 1986).
2. Deposits, ores and mining
The Xianlinyu deposit is a skarn-type iron-molybdenum deposit, which is formed by contact with gas and water. The ore body is mainly composed of lean magnetite and different minerals and is divided into four ore bodies: molybdenum ore, molybdenum-iron ore, molybdenum-iron ore and tungsten-bearing iron ore. The first one is bigger.
In the ore, the magnetite is irregularly granular and has a particle size of 0.05 to 0.12 mm. The molybdenum ore is in the form of fine leaves, which are scattered in a star shape or distributed along the cracks in the magnetite. The grain size is relatively coarse, generally 0.08~0.3mm.
In the ore, the sulfide molybdenum ore accounts for 99.45% of the total molybdenum, the chalcopyrite accounts for 79.61% of the total copper, the copper oxide accounts for 17%, the magnetite accounts for 90.37% of the total iron, and the pyrite accounts for 6.3%. The main valuable components of ore are shown in the table below.

3. Mineral processing technology (see the figure below)

The traditional three-stage and one-closed process is used for crushing, and the final crushed product has a particle size of -15 mm.
The ore dressing uses a section of grinding, copper-molybdenum mixed flotation, a coarse, - sweep, two fine. The tailings are sent to flotation sulfur and then magnetically selected.
Cu - Mo mixed concentrate with Na 2 S suppression copper, molybdenum float coal oil, through a coarse, fine four, two scavenging process is eligible eligible molybdenum concentrate (foamed product), and copper concentrate (product tank).
Milling-mixing flotation has a total of four side-by-side series with a fineness of 75%-200 mesh.
4. Pharmacy system
(1) Copper-molybdenum mixed flotation (g/t): lime adjusted pH=9.5~10.2; kerosene 120~150 ( ball mill , flotation tank); 2 # oil 65~80 (stirring tank, flotation tank); Butyl ammonium black medicine 8~13 (stirring tank, flotation tank).
(2) Copper-molybdenum separation: Sodium sulfide 1200~1700g/t is added to the foam tank and the mixing tank is selected.
5, mineral processing indicators
In 1983, the ore grade was 0.19% Mo, 34.90% Fe, 0.198% Cu, 3.33% S; the molybdenum concentrate grade was 47.02%, the molybdenum recovery rate was 88.50%, the concentrate production was 208.1t; the iron concentrate grade was 59.62%, and the iron recovery rate was 65.07. %, concentrate production 67335t; copper concentrate grade 12.56%, copper recovery rate 80.34%, concentrate production 181.5t; 1986 molybdenum concentrate production 291t/a.
